QQ: Does Cybersonic offer hard and soft bristle brushes?
A: All
Cybersonic brushes use soft bristles. Dentists recommend soft bristled brushes
because they clean better and do not risk damaging gums and tooth enamel the way
hard brushes may. Worn toothbrush bristles of any hardness are not as effective.
It is recommended that you change your brush routinely even if it does not
appear worn.
Q: Which brush heads work on which systems?
A: All Cybersonic
brush heads will fit on any Cybersonic or Sonic1 power toothbrush. However,
because they are designed to run at different speeds, some heads are not
recommended for some systems. Our new Cybersonic3 brushes (standard and deluxe)
will work with any Cybersonic or Sonic1 electric toothbrush. Cybersonic2
(rectangular) replacement brushes will also work with any system. Original model
Cybersonic Classic brushes will work with Cybersonic1, Cybersonic2, and Designer
Series systems, but are not recommended for use with Cybersonic3 or Sonic1. All
flossing and tongue cleaning attachments will work with any system.
Q: Is Cybersonic safe for a person with a pacemaker?
A: It is
always advisable that a person with a special medical condition, including
pacemakers, consult with a physician or pacemaker manufacturer.

A: Yes. A fully charged
Cybersonic will hold a charge for at least a week of normal use, and the brush
head cap keeps the bristles clean.

head is actually a perfect size for children. You may start your kids using the
Cybersonic system at the same age you would a manual toothbrush. Parental

A: The electronic switch takes 1 second to re-set before it will respond to
