not completely satisfied, you have 90 days to return the product for a full
refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling. Please contact us
prior to sending returns to make sure you have the correct return information
and to see if there is a simple solution to the problem.
All Cybersonic systems come with a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. The
Limited Warranty covers mechanical and/or electrical failures of the power
system due to manufacturing defect. Under warranty terms and conditions, the
system shall be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. Defective
parts and proof of purchase must be submitted along with warranty claims. Please
contact us before sending in warranty claims so we can assist in diagnosing the
problem. This warranty does not cover:
* Brush heads
* Floss cartridges
* Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or alterations
* Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, abrasions, discolorations or
fading.
